The Snoozeluxe Dog Bed Conversion Kit is designed to transform your existing orthopedic dog bed into a new configuration that better suits your dog's preferences. Whether your dog prefers the open support of a flat bed or craves the security of a fully enclosed sofa, this modular system lets you upgrade without replacing the entire bed.

Modular Design for Evolving Needs

Snoozeluxe dog beds are engineered as a modular system where individual components can be added, removed or replaced independently. As your dog's needs change - whether they want more positional support, additional headrests for security, or a different configuration altogether - you can adapt the bed without discarding the core mattress.

The Conversion Kit bridges configurations by providing all additional components needed:

• Additional orthopedic foam headrests - same 40 kg/m³ density as your existing bed
• Headrest protectors - removable and machine washable
• Compatible Cordura® cover - sized and designed for the new configuration
• Attachment system - Velcro points for secure headrest positioning

From Flat to Lounge, Corner or Sofa

Snoozeluxe beds are available in four configurations, each providing a different level of support and enclosure:

• Flat - Open sleeping surface, maximum sprawl space
• Lounge - One headrest, one-sided support and protection
• Corner - Two headrests, two-sided support with moderate enclosure
• Sofa - Three headrests, three-sided support and full enclosure

Each configuration uses a dedicated Cordura® cover designed for the correct number of headrests. This ensures a clean, integrated fit with proper alignment of all components and optimal stability.

Orthopedic Headrest Foam - Matching Quality

The headrest foam included in the Conversion Kit is identical to the core mattress foam in your Snoozeluxe bed: high-resilience polyurethane foam with a density of 40 kg/m³. This consistent specification ensures uniform support and pressure distribution whether your dog rests on the main mattress or against a headrest.

Like the main mattress, the headrest foam maintains its structure under continuous load and resists compression over time, providing reliable support for years.

Headrest Protectors - Hygiene Built In

Each headrest foam is wrapped in a removable headrest protector made from 65% polyester / 35% combed cotton with a waterproof PU coating. This internal layer acts as a barrier against moisture, dirt, odours and accidental damage.

The protectors are machine washable at 30°C and can be removed independently from the headrest cover, allowing you to maintain hygiene without constant washing of the outer cover.

Cordura® Cover - Built to Last

The included cover is constructed from Cordura® high-tenacity polyamide fabric, the same durable material used in your existing Snoozeluxe bed. It achieves over 200,000 Martindale abrasion cycles, meaning it resists daily scratching, digging and friction without tearing or losing its structure.

The conversion cover opens fully via a 3-side YKK® zipper for easy installation and removal. It includes Velcro attachment points pre-positioned for secure headrest placement according to your chosen configuration.

The cover is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified and machine washable at 30°C.

Easy Installation - No Tools Required

Converting your Snoozeluxe bed to a new configuration requires only two simple steps:

1. Remove the existing cover by unzipping the 3-side YKK® zipper and sliding it off your mattress
2. Install the new cover from the Conversion Kit and position the additional headrests using the integrated Velcro attachment points

The existing foam mattress and mattress protector remain in place - they work with all configurations. No tools, no additional components required.

Snoozeluxe dog beds are engineered as a modular system, allowing individual components to be replaced when needed:

If a cover becomes worn after years of use, you replace only that component. Replacement parts are available separately, extending the product's usable life and reducing waste.
